Sino Yunba Machinery CO.Ltd , was founded in 1938 . It has processed the production , repair and maintance　, teaching and research base of Chinese People’s Liberation Army Engineering Equipment .

The enterprise covers an area of 151800 square meters , owns a full automatic CNC plasma cutting machine , 550-meter and 500-ton slipway and supporting 450-ton traversing winch , has a special measuring and testing center , more than 200 professional and technical persons , with various ship design and manufacturing abilities in inland river and coastal area . A large number of civilian ships produced by the enterprise have been exported to Singapore , Netherlands and other countries ; the military equipments produced by the enterprise have won National and Army Prize for Progress in Science and Technology several times ; and has design and manufacturing advantages of a variety of general equipments and steel productions .
